The moment we’ve been preparing for is finally here! Tomorrow, Saturday, October 10, 2026, marks our historic 10th Anniversary Ward 4 Citywide Festival, and we are ready to celebrate with you.

We are in the final stretch of preparations and looking forward to seeing everyone at Phillips Park!

Weather Update: Rain or Shine, We Are ON!

Our 10th Annual Citywide Festival will move forward rain or shine, so please continue with your event-day preparations, arrival plans, setup, and scheduled responsibilities.

• What to bring: Grab your umbrellas, rain boots, raincoats, or ponchos so you stay comfortable while enjoying the day!

• Operational Updates: If weather conditions require any operational adjustments, the Festival team will communicate those updates as quickly as possible. Please continue to monitor your email and phone for any final instructions.

 

What’s in Store for Our 10th Anniversary?

For a decade, this festival has been our community's favorite tradition—a time to honor the vibrant culture, rich history, and incredible people who make College Park such a wonderful place to live, work, and thrive. Because it's our milestone 10th year, we are pulling out all the stops for an unforgettable day:

• Live Entertainment: Star-studded musical acts, local performers, and special guests keeping the energy high all day long.

• Fantastic Food: A showcase of the best local flavors, food trucks, and culinary talent our community has to offer.

• Fire & EMS Expo & Carnival: Interactive safety displays, carnival rides, games, and milestone celebrations designed for neighbors of all ages.

• Vibrant Marketplace: A dedicated space to shop and support our brilliant Ward 4 small businesses, creators, and artisans.

• Location: Phillips Park (4400 Herschel Rd, College Park, GA 30337)

• Admission: FREE and open to the entire community!
